Recruitment is about people, not transactions. We take the time to listen, understand, and build relationships that lead to great long-term outcomes for clients, candidates, and everyone in between.
We show up as we are, real, transparent, and honest. No facades, no fluff. We don’t do corporate jargon, sales pitches. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, what you see is what you get, and we think that’s exactly how it should be.
We don’t just ride the highs and lows of recruitment, we surf them with a smile. Fun and light-heartedness are part of our DNA. We celebrate the wins, commiserate the losses, and make sure the energy in the room makes people want to come to work. No Sunday scaries, just good vibes and real excitement.
Trust is earned through actions, not words. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of integrity, ensuring every interaction is grounded in honesty and professionalism. We also choose to partner with businesses that genuinely value their employees, contractors, and clients, because respect goes both ways.
Success should be rewarding, but the process matters too. We focus on the journey, not just the outcome. We create an environment where work is fulfilling, and even the small wins are celebrated along the way.
Powerhouse Rugby Union Club
At Trifecta, we’re proud to sponsor the Power House Rugby Union Football Club’s 3rd Grade Division, supporting a club with a rich history of community, camaraderie, and competitive spirit. Our connection to Power House runs deep—our Director, Will, is a former player who knows firsthand the value the club brings both on and off the field. Established in 1933 and based in Albert Park, Power House was born from the legacy of Lord Somers Camp, fostering lifelong friendships and sportsmanship. Over the decades, the club has built a proud tradition across both men’s and women’s rugby, earning multiple premierships and cultivating a strong sense of community. We’re honoured to give back to a club that helped shape one of our own and continues to inspire the next generation of players.
Mila’s Fight with INAD
At Trifecta, we proudly support the fight against Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (INAD) through the INADCure Foundation, inspired by the courageous journey of Mila Taylor. In February 2025, Mila was diagnosed with this rare and devastating neurological condition, which has no cure and a heartbreaking life expectancy of just 5 to 10 years. Funds raised go toward vital gene therapy research in the UK and USA, as well as helping Mila access potential treatments and medical support. Mila's story is one of love, resilience, and hope and we’re committed to helping her and children like her by raising awareness and contributing to the search for a cure.
McGrath Foundation
At Trifecta, we are proud to support the McGrath Foundation, a remarkable organisation dedicated to funding and placing McGrath Breast Care Nurses across Australia. These nurses provide invaluable physical, emotional, and psychological support to individuals and families experiencing breast cancer free of charge. With over 20,000 Australians diagnosed each year, the work of the McGrath Foundation ensures no one goes through breast cancer without care. By supporting this cause, we’re helping make a real difference in the lives of those affected and contributing to a future where support is always close at hand.
Cure Brain Cancer Foundation
Supporting the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation holds special meaning for our team. When our Director, Will, learned that a close family friend, his mother’s friend had been diagnosed with brain cancer, it hit close to home. Determined to help, Will took on the Noosa Marathon, raising funds and awareness for a cause that affects so many but receives far too little attention. The Cure Brain Cancer Foundation is leading the charge in research, treatment innovation, and advocacy, working tirelessly to improve survival rates and support families navigating this difficult journey. Their mission to accelerate a cure is one we wholeheartedly stand behind. We’re proud to contribute to their work and to honour the personal connections that inspire us to do more.
The Push-Up Challenge
Mental health is something that affects every one of us, and that’s why we’re proud to support The Push-Up Challenge, an initiative that raises awareness and vital funds for better mental health across Australia. This nationwide movement challenges individuals and teams to complete a set number of push-ups throughout June, each one representing a life lost to suicide in the previous year. It’s a powerful way to start conversations, show support, and raise much-needed funds for mental health services and education.
