Junior Manager
Trifecta have partnered with a leading tier 1-2 subcontractor who deliver a structure packages for tier 1&2 Commercial Builders. Due to an increase of work, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager looking to step up into a leadership position with the business.
Your new role
- Quality Assurance
- Project Coordination
- Invoice Management
- Reviewing Shop Drawings
- Managing Reo and Concrete/ordering materials
- Cost tracking
- Variations and progress claims
- Letting out subcontractor packages
What you need to succeed
- Previous experience working with a structures contractor is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Project Engineer role either working in Commercial projects.
- Minimum five years’ experience and/or relevant bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management
- Local experience is preferred, experience in UK/USA or NZ is also being considered.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
